  1. Great vid. Thanks for sharing . I started meditating for stress but soon realized what great a tool it was for preparing the mind to learn (or re-learn..haha). After many failed attempts at learning how to fingerpick country blues and quiting, I tried again about the same time my meditation routine was pretty solid and it all started clicking no problem. When you have lots of patience, no expectations and just enjoy the experience it all comes soooo much easier. A meditation teacher told me about DROPSS (Don’t Resist Or Push, Soften & Smile) Putting in the time with a good attitude and smiling goes a long way.
