I made pasta primavera by combining several recipes – and leaving out the meat.
I may indulge once in a while, but – for reasons I choose to keep to myself – I am still a vegetarian at heart
Anyway, as is the case when I cook, we ended up with a ton of delicious penne pasta and fresh vegetables in creamy ricotta cheese, homemade sauce and mozzarella cheese.
We shared tubs of the stuff with our neighbors and there is still enough for lunch tomorrow. Joy!
I am plumb wore out. So with a full belly and a happy heart I am going to put on a seriously epic level bas and all-around craptastic movie – probably The Green Slime – and curl up with Pooka.
