The first draft of my next book is rolling along nicely.
I wrote most of Just This Banjo by hand because of neurological issues when typing. I can type now, but there is something sweet in the feeling of pushing graphite on paper. The words flow easier. The time passes by effortlessly.
So this next book will start out as a handwritten draft before getting typed into the computer. It may not be efficient, but there is more to life than getting finished quickly. A box of sharp pencils, a box to catch dulled writing instruments, a cup of tea and Pooka cat sleeping on my lap is a most excellent way to work!
